These Terms govern your access to and use of the WebNexis Technologies website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
WebNexis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides software development services. Specific terms for each engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement signed by both parties.
2. Website Use
You may use our website to learn about our services and submit enquiries. You must not scrape data, probe for vulnerabilities, transmit spam, submit false information, or impersonate any person.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Our Content
All website content is the property of WebNexis Technologies or its content suppliers and protected by applicable copyright laws.
3.2 Client Work
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables specified in the SOW. WebNexis retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Late payments attract 2% per month interest after 30 days. WebNexis may suspend work on projects with payments outstanding over 14 days.
5. Limitation of Liability
WebNexis's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Kolkata, West Bengal.
