What We Did
Combined 23 CSS files and 18 JS files into 2 bundles each, cutting page weight by 60%. Converted all product images from 800KB JPEGs to 45KB WebP. Added Redis Object Cache — TTFB dropped from 1.2s to 0.18s.
Results
PageSpeed 31 → 94. LCP 4.8s → 0.6s. Conversion rate +28%. Revenue +34% the following quarter with zero change to the hosting infrastructure.
